Cancellation Policy

Agreement to Participate Participating in all camp activities involves certain inherent risks and, regardless of the precautions taken, it is impossible to ensure the safety of the participant. To help reduce the likelihood of injury to you and to other participants, participants are expected to follow the rules and instruction given by the instructor, staff, or independent contractor. I, the undersigned, hereby expressly and affirmatively state that I wish to participate at Happy Medium Creative Studio (HMCS). I realize that my participation in this activity involves risks of injury, including but not limited to death, serious neck and spinal injuries resulting in complete or partial paralysis, heart attacks, and injury to bones, joints, or muscles. I am voluntarily participating in camp activities with knowledge of dangers involved and hereby agree to accept any and all inherent risks of property damage, minor or serious personal injury, or death. I also recognize that there are many other risks of injury and that it is not possible to specifically list each and every individual injury risk. However, knowing the material risks and appreciating, knowing, and reasonably anticipating that other injuries and even death are a possibility, I hereby expressly assume all of the delineated risks of injury all other possible risk of injury, and even risk of death, which could occur by reason of my participation. I affirm that I possess the physical condition and required skills to safely participate and that I do not have physical conditions which would preclude my participation. I have had an opportunity to ask questions. Any questions I have asked have been answered to my complete satisfaction. I subjectively understand the risks of my participation in this activity and affirm a knowledge and appreciation of these inherent risks. I voluntarily agree to participate, assuming all risks of injury or even death due to my participation. Marketing and Photography Consent By participating in HMCS activities, I also acknowledge and consent to the possibility of photographs and videos being taken of my child during camps and activities, which may be used for marketing purposes in online and print publications and advertisements.
